Shipping

Dispatch Times

We will always endeavour to send out all orders within 7-10 working days from your order. Please see further information for timelines relating to pre-orders.

Shipping Times

UK

Orders from within the United Kingdom will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. The target time for this delivery type is 2-3 working days after postage. 

We do know sometimes things take a little longer, so please allow at least seven days before contacting us if you have not yet received your order.

International

Orders from anywhere other than the UK will be sent by Royal Mail, International Standard. The target delivery time for Europe is 3 to 5 working days. For the rest of the world, target time is 5-7 working days.

Sometimes delays can occur with domestic carriers, so please allow up to 21 days from date of shipment before contacting us.

Perhaps you prefer that little extra peace of mind - that's okay with us. If you need your delivery zoomy fast, or would like your delivery tracked or signed for, please let us know prior to ordering and we'll sort something out.

Please note additional costs will be incurred for faster/proof of receipt.

A stitch in time saves nine.

Please check your address before ordering. If you contact us prior to dispatch we will update the address. Once the items have been posted the address cannot be changed. We will not replace items sent to the incorrect address.

Terms

Sales

All items are produced on a limited run. Sadly we do not have stock control via this site, meaning sales need to be counted manually. This may mean an order is placed before we've had a chance to update the website. In the event you order, and something is out of stock, we will contact you. You will be offered the option to wait if a new batch is due soon or have your money back.

Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final. Please check you're happy with the purchase and details before confirming. All stock is checked prior to leaving, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item please let us know as soon as possible.

Fees

Buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, import duties or other charges incurred through shipment.

Applying stickies

Please be careful when you apply decals. It looks easy but there are a few tricks to getting the best result. If you don't stick it properly, the life of the sticker can be seriously reduced. 

• Always ensure that the surface is clean and dry, with no grease, grit or other debris. 
• If you're applying the sticker outdoors, please make sure that the weather is nice, and preferably warm. If it's going to rain, you might want to wait.
• Always apply firm pressure - you don't want any bubbles. Make sure all the edges are firmly stuck down.
• If the sticker comes with application paper over the top, make sure all parts of the design are stuck down before peeling. Peel the application paper off (use a sharp angle, almost pulling it back on itself).
